On Monday Jan. 27th 2025, Station 36 conducted a comprehensive training session on vehicle extrication, focusing on techniques
and tools used to safely remove trapped individuals from vehicles in emergency situations. Firefighters practiced utilizing
hydraulic tools, such as the Jaws of Life, alongside advanced cutting and prying techniques to enhance their skills in real-life
rescue scenarios. The training not only emphasized safety protocols but also teamwork and communication to efficiently manage
extrication operations during actual emergencies.
