Northeast Stokes Volunteer Fire & Rescue
Monday Oct. 14th 2024 @ 1:44 AM Station 36 was dispatched to a structure fire in our first due district. Arriving units found fire on the back of
the structure. Fire was deemed under control within 5 minutes, due to a quick knock down. The one thing that saved the family and the family
pets, was a working smoke detector that alerted them to the fire and they were all able to escape without injury.
Station 36 would like to thank all responding agencies.
