Northeast Stokes Fire & Rescue Station 36
Three of our Volunteer Firefighters are in the process
of obtaining their part107, which will certify them with the FAA to fly the Department Drone in the National air space. Which will allow them to
search for lost people and assist their firefighters with structure fires by having an eye in the sky and alerting Incident
Command to any dangers the firefighters may be unaware of. We are very excited to have this technology that will allow us to assist our
Community and beyond. We look forward to the future.
